Commander von Karstadt is a beautiful black/silver 2 year old German Shepherd. This poor boy is one of the skinniest dogs we've ever had. He's a sweetheart and seems to have a mellow, friendly personality. He was taken into a foster home shortly after he arrived so he will be looking wonderful in no time! We're waiting to hear more about him from his foster family so stay tuned.
